I recently had a complete bathroom remodel. My bathroom dated back to 1992 and now it looks like a bathroom one would want to enter. Clearview came in and did a job that was absolutely amazing. Scott Heaps, the owner listened to what I want and made sure that even the smallest of detail was completed. The company also repaired a few other things on my list why they were at my own without a blink of an eye. After the remodel was done I had a leak in my kitchen ,unrelated to the remodel and again this was fixed as well as a new dishwasher installed. I would highly recommend Clearview Home Remodeling for any of your needs. A truly wonderful company to work with. I trust them to the core!

After Clearview did a nice job replacing my roof, I hired them to stick-build a pavilion-style carport. I couldnt bemore pleased with the result! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was about to pay 3 times the amount for a new roof. That was, until someonementioned Scott Heaps to me. I called Scott and told him what I was about to do. He told me he was certain he could beatthe price and that he did. He and Alex came out and went on our roof to take pictures. They then sat down with us andexplained everything. We picked our roof and all the trimmings. When I say Scott did everything he could for us, I meanit. His crew arrived when they said they would and did not leave any mess in my yard. My husband said the crew wascourteous and professional. After the roof was on the house, the financing fell through. Scott didn't panic. He workedwith us and was patient far longer than he had to be while I got the money together. I won't ever need another roof onthis house, but if I did, I wouldn't have to think about it; I'm calling Clearview Home Remodeling. Scott and Alex,along with their crew come highly recommended by the Traders. We love them. They are honest, sincere, and hard-working.They aren't interested in getting the most money, they have a fair and honest price and do excellent work in exchange.Give them a call, you won't regret it.

This is the second job we have had Clearview done for us. A few years ago we had our roof replaced and it had to go downto the rafters. They complained the project in 2 days. This year we decided it was time to replace our 30 year old deck.Scott came when scheduled and after looking at the old deck and listening to our changes we wanted to make he was ableto give us a quote before he left. A couple of hours later he called me up and asked if they could start tomorrow and Isaid yes. We were expecting at least a few weeks wait. Martin and Juan were our crew for the job and very nice to havedoing with work. Every day before they left they put our old stairs back on at our patio door so that we and our dogcould get into the backyard. Demo of the old deck was one day. The new deck construction took about 4 days more. Theircraftsmanship is wonderful. They rounded off the top and bottom of the railing and rounded the corners and end of thehandrails on the stairs. I telework in the room connected to the deck and the construction didnt effect my workday.Thanks for the new deck, we had my parents for dinner the day after it was completed and enjoyed dinner on our new deckand it passed inspection by my father (a retired engineer). Cant wait to enjoy it this summer. Our dog is enjoying italso.

Highly recommend Clearview Home Remodeling. The owner Scott and his partner Alex take customer service very seriously.From the initial estimate to the completion of my roof installation, they were in constant contact walking me throughthe process and answering and questions I had. Not only were they able to match a lower estimate from another company,they were able to beat it! Their warranty was a big selling point along with their timeline of being able to completethe job. Once I signed the contract, their team was on site the following morning prepared to work all while remainingprofessional and courteous. The team did an awesome job cleaning up and took great care with my home. After theinstallation was complete the owner himself came to inspect and made sure everything was up to par. We are absolutely in love with our new deck! We had been looking to get a new deck for over a year and it's finallyhere. Scott and Alex went above and beyond to give us what we were looking for. We have had an excellent experience with Clearview! Scott and Alex were phenomenal to work with. We had siding damagefrom a storm that brought down our electrical wires, making it necessary to coordinate with an electrician, BGE and thesiding replacement. We had attempted to hire other contractors prior to calling Clearview, but after seeing thecomplications, others would not accept the job. Thankfully, we found Clearview. Scott took care of everything, ensuringa smooth completion of the repairs, as well as making sure that we were happy with the repairs and siding. Additionally,we had some issues with our insurance company as we needed to complete the siding for the rest of the house since therewas not a match for our original siding. Scott handled this as well! Through it all, Scott, Alex, and the rest of theteam were professional, communicative, available when needed, and always responsive to our concerns. Oh, and one morething...we also needed some roof repairs separate from the siding issue. They were able to address this issue to oursatisfaction, too. We highly recommend Clearview Home Remodeling.

Scott and his team were wonderful to work with and they did an amazing job on our new deck. The job involved both are-build of an old worn out 20 year old wooden deck with new Trex composite boards and rails and a re-grading and newdrainage system under the deck to eliminate water in our basement. The workers were very conscientious, hard working,and did a great job of cleaning up the yard when the job was complete. The new deck looks amazing (our neighbors areimpressed too)! The workmanship was very thorough and complete. Scott was very easy to work with and very accommodating-he even agreed to demo and haul away and old swing set in our yard along with the demo of the old deck. I would highlyrecommend them and would definitely use them for future home remodeling projects.

Scott was extremely kind and helpful through the process of planning and building our new deck. He was quick to respondto my estimate request, scheduled the work in a short period of time, handled all of the planning details andcommunicated those details well. He was always on time with appointments. The crew which built our deck was led byMartin who was extremely professional. The deck spans the width of our house (it is very large), and it was completed inabout a week, and includes lattice with a gate around the bottom. We are extremely happy with our deck! I contacted Clearview Home Remodeling requesting assistance with replacing siding on the upper elevation of my home, afew shingles on the roof and eaves that were all damaged in a wind storm in early March, 2018. I spoke to Scott and hewas at my home within the hour to assess the damage. Scott looked at the home owner's insurance estimate and told me hecould have it fixed within a week. Clearview Home Remodeling was onsite within 3 days, and they did a wonderful job. Myoriginal siding was discontinued, but they were able to find a perfect match. Their staff was helpful and friendly andthe process from beginning to end was seamless. I highly recommend this company for home improvements!

I just had my roof replaced by Clearview Home Remodeling and I am VERY PLEASED at the work they preformed. My old roofshingles were removed, rotted wood removed & replaced, and new high quality shingles were installed over high qualityroofing felt with ice protection (on edges and valleys). This job was done in one day, very impressed. The crew workedhard all day. No slackers at all. Very conscientious and friendly. Then they came back the next day, which wasThanksgiving Day, to walk on the roof and double check the work, then they walked around my yard picking bits of oldroofing out of my bushes. Im having Clearview back to do more work for me.

I had storm damage which tore off the siding on my house and within a couple of hours the owner, Scott Heaps, cameto my house to assess the damage and within a day came to install tarp to prevent any further damage from occurring.Scott worked back and forth with my homeowners insurance company on my behalf and saved me a lot of time which I wouldhave had to taken off work to take care of. Wow Factor! Michele and I are very grateful for the engineering, workmanship, friendship and what we believe a fairprice from Clearview Remodeling on the building of our backyard handicap deck ramp so that Michele can gain access tothe pool. Michele being temporally handicap and was not able to access our backyard above ground pool and afterconsulting with the owner Scott and his crew leader they talked us through how they were going to add to our currentdeck a long ramp with a bottom platform that was needed to have the standard entry ladder attached and a special wooddeck bracket that is used for a power Easy Lift 2. The deck quality was very good and we are very please with thefinished product. This was a very emotional time to get Michele back into the pool first for therapeutic reasons andsecond for pleasure. This is the 3rd major project Clearview Remodeling has provided us and along with the past 2 we are100% satisfied and would recommend them to any one.
